Our most complete tier. Title clearing is included, and VIP Response Time means your questions jump to the front of the line with same-business-day replies and email, text, and phone access. Support continues after closing. Built for sellers who want everything handled.
Guided (most popular)
Strong day-to-day support with Priority replies - Guaranteed 1 business-day responses via email and text. Includes remote online notary, attorney-led video guidance, and a trusted CPA consultation with Performance Financial in Johnston, Iowa.
Essentials
The core legal support every closing needs. Seller closing coordination with calm, 2-business-day responses (one response per day) by email, at our most accessible level.

Not sure which level you need?
Most sellers with a straightforward sale and clean title history do well on Guided. If your property has an older chain of title, a prior lien, or any history that could raise a title objection, Assured removes that risk from the equation entirely. Here's the honest part: you usually can't know how simple your sale is until the abstract comes back.
Missing releases and old liens don't announce themselves — they surface mid-transaction, when clearing them becomes a separate bill at the worst possible time. That's the uncertainty Assured removes. On your discovery call, we'll look at your property's history together and tell you straight which level your sale actually needs — including Essentials, if that's genuinely all it calls for.
