Yes! If you start with our Essentials services and later realize you want Assured or Guided service, you can upgrade at any point before closing for the regular premium fee. You’ll receive full credit for services already performed, and your experience transitions seamlessly with no penalties.

What types of title issues are covered with Premium?

Our Assured service includes full resolution of non-litigation title problems, such as child support liens, judgment liens, defects in deeds, or missing mortgage releases. Litigated matters, like quiet title or partition actions, are not included—but we’ll identify these if they apply so there are no surprise costs.

How quickly will I get a response if I have a question?

Essentials clients receive a response within 2 business days (one response per day). Guided service clients get responses within 1 business day.  Assured service clients receive same-business-day replies if messages are received by non—or by 10am the next business day if sent later. “Urgent” issues are always prioritized!
