We may share limited information with Google, including hashed email addresses and phone numbers, advertising identifiers, whether an inquiry becomes a qualified lead, whether you hire us, and the associated legal fee amount. Hashing converts contact details into coded values used for matching; it does not make the information anonymous. We do not send descriptions of your legal matter for this purpose.

Calls and Text Messages

If you submit a form, we may call or text you about your request, sometimes with AI assistance. Agreeing isn't required to hire us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with the Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Client Confidentiality

All non-public information obtained in the course of legal representation is protected under Iowa law and the Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct. We do not disclose such information except with your consent or as required by law. Limited, hashed ad-measurement data described above does not include the details of your legal matter.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and our legal and recordkeeping obligations.
